Hey there Deviant Land! So as you've noticed life has thrown me quite a few curve balls lately and thus I've gone quite dormant on here. Boo on me. Boo. But I was out walking with the little one and I thought "Dang! Why haven't I been updating on Deviant Art anymore?" Well I quickly answered that with the fact that it's been hard enough getting the new strips done let alone with the fact that we're moving to a bigger apartment, I've got my freelance work with Superpoke I have deadlines to meet, family has been coming in and out of town to visit, and I have this little baby guy that's quite demanding I might say (but SO cute so it's worth every minute!) But my inner argument shot back with "Hey! every little bit counts! DeviantArt is a great community! Get back on there!" So here I am...

Enough about my inner turmoil though and onto what really counts...COMICS! Since I've fallen so far behind posting here, I'm going to pick some of my favorites to post. You can find all of the archives on the website [link] I've always been experimenting with inking on Good Times, and I've never really been truly happy with the results. I really enjoy doing the comics, but I feel like visually it has a ways to go. But the other day I tried something really simple, two different line weights on inking. And I have to say I like the results! But then again why the heck haven't I thought about that before?!?! Doi! Sometimes it's the most obvious thing that you never think about.
